How To Make Fancy Pancetta Pimento and Cheese

Ingredients: 2 cups of Mexican blend cheese 1 cup of asiago cheese 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese 1/2 cup of toasted chopped pecans or honey roasted 4 oz of pancetta cubed/diced (this will be cooked a little on the stovetop) 1 tsp of garlic pepper or pepper if you don’t like garlic 4 oz of onion and chive cream cheese 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce 1 cup of bacon crumbles 1 cup of mayonnaise Instructions: Mix everything together in a large bowl except the pancetta. Cook the pancetta on the stovetop until it starts rendering its fat. Then mix the pancetta with the rest of the already mixed mixture and refrigerate to cool it down. Then serve with your favorite crackers. Enjoy!
