2 pounds of ground beef (if you are using a just 1 pound half the ingredients listed below) 1 package of ranch dip/seasoning (1 oz package) 1 cup of red wine 1/2 of a cup of asiago/romano cheese flakes or finely shredded (substitute the cheese you prefer) 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon of California garlic powder (any will do fine, I just like California garlic) Mix all of this together and let it marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours. I sometimes let it marinate overnight for a more flavorful experience. After marinating the ground beef, add the following: 1 egg 1 can of green chiles 2 cups of panko bread crumbs (you want to make sure it is not too wet or the burger will fall apart) Mix well and start forming your burgers. As you are making the burger put a little *round cheese* in the center. Make the burger in the shape of a ball so the cheese is covered on all sides by the meat. You want the cheese in the center. Grill around 375 degrees Fahrenheit 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until done. This Hamburger is so good and full of flavor. I promise you will love it! Enjoy!
